“Soft, sung pluggnb: twinkling synths, cushioned 808s and floating melodies, over beats he makes himself in the mold of goyxrd, autumn! and summrs. Still barely known, he’s keeping alive a subgenre the internet had written off.”

“Antwerp-raised with Moroccan roots, she floats sweet, Aaliyah-inspired melodies over glitchy, hyperpop-tinged rap. Gunna executive-produced her debut album IDENTITY, and fans call her the ‘Moroccan Ice Spice.’”

“Smooth, moody R&B in 6LACK and Roy Woods territory, sung and rapped over his own production. He came up alongside Christian hip-hop names like Aaron Cole and TYuS, and still releases everything himself.”
