Tempo Boom is a free music discovery site run by Will Vamos in New York. By using the site or entering your email, you agree to these terms.

Using Tempo Boom

• The site is free for personal, non-commercial use.
• Please don't try to break or overload the site, scrape it in a way that slows it down, or sign anyone else up without their permission.

Your account and the newsletter

• Accounts use your email only. Login links go to that inbox, so keep it secure.
• Joining also adds you to the Monday newsletter. You can unsubscribe from any email.
• We may suspend accounts used for spam or abuse.
• You can delete your account at any time. See the Privacy Policy for how.

The data

• Momentum Scores and charts come from public data, mainly Wikipedia pageviews. They show how much attention an artist is getting, not how good their music is.
• The numbers are provided as-is and can be delayed, incomplete or wrong. Don't rely on them for business, betting or financial decisions.
• Tempo Boom isn't affiliated with Wikimedia, Spotify, or any artist or label. Artist names are used to describe them, not to suggest they endorse us.

Other people's content

• Music players, posts from Bluesky and Reddit, photos and maps belong to their owners and are shown under those platforms' own terms and licenses.
• If something of yours appears here and you want it removed, email us and we'll take it down quickly. See Photos for photo removals.
• If you send us picks or answers as a guest tastemaker, you confirm they're yours to share and let us publish them on Tempo Boom. Ask any time and we'll take them down.

No guarantees

Tempo Boom is a side project provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren't liable for any loss or damage from using the site.
